Hi,
while adding new article getting below error
after Re-initializing still getting same error , kindly suggest what to do next

Compre the DDL of the identified table, between the publication and subscription. The subscription's columns must be able to accept any data from the publication's columns.
If above inspection did not reveal cause, find the corresponding .bcp file (in the repldata folder - it's a text file) and inspect its contents and/or attempt to bcp it into a copy of the subscription's table.
