Hi All,
So we are getting this error on the reporting server. I fixed it last week by redeploying the datasources and this fixed it however Monday morning has hit and we are getting the same error again. I have again fixed by redeploying again:
The current action cannot be completed. The user data source credentials do not meet the requirements to run this report or shared dataset. Either the user data source credentials are not stored in the report server database, or the user data source is configured not to require credentials but the unattended execution account is not specified. (rsInvalidDataSourceCredentialSetting)
We haven't changed a bean on the server, it literally has spontaneously happened. They are doing some network and AD changes within the IT teams could this be the cause?
Obviously I can keep deploying the datasource but that seems odd that it's suddenly happening. Any one had this just happen for no reason?

there are two way to get a fix
Try using the Shared Datasource instead of embedded Datasource and deploy the datasource in the server where the reports has been deployed
may help.

I eventually got this working just by reading in the passwords again and deploying. Very odd as to why it wouldn't work.
