Need Help: SSIS Package Corrupted Error Message

  I am trying to migrate few SSIS package from 2008 to 2012. Few packages did not even load with error messages

  1. Error loading value "<DTS:VariableValue xmlns:DTS="www.microsoft.com/SqlServer/Dts" DTS:DataSubType="ManagedSerializable" DTS:DataType="13"><SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="htt" from node "DTS:VariableValue".

  2. Error loading value "<DTS:Variables xmlns:DTS="www.microsoft.com/SqlServer/Dts"><DTS:Variable DTS:Expression="" DTS:EvaluateAsExpression="0" DTS:Namespace="Template" DTS:ReadOnly="0" DTS:RaiseChangedEvent="0" DTS:IncludeInDebugDump="6789" DTS:ObjectName="BatchID" DTS:DTSID="{6" from node "DTS:Variables".

  I know that there is something to do with the XML but I am not sure what that is.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
