So, I'm having this issue at work that I'm trying to resolve. I am migrating from SQL 2008 to SQL 2014, and one of the servers is a central distributor for all of our transactional replication. There were 68 publication articles distributed through it, and I've been slowly migrating them one by one from old distributor to the new one. Today I hit a snag, when I tried to go past 35 publications on the new server. Every publication I've added after that would not work. The Log Reader job would be stuck between retries, and Log Reader Agent was not able to start. Has anyone ran into something similar to this in the past?
