  We have a server with Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit + SQL Express 2008 R2 with an application for compile a table with simpli insert command reading data from an IBM system. The time for about 80.000 records are 3 minutes.

  We have a new server with the same hardware configuration but with Windows Server 2012 64 bit and the same procedure take about 30 minutes. The insert operation became more slowly at grows of number records to insert.

  Same idea ?
