Can Windows 7 built-in client connect to SQL 2012?

  Hi all

  Just a dummy question. Is the built-in Windows 7 sql client able to connect to SQL 2012 server or do I need to deploy the SQL 2008/2012 client to be able to access the server.

  Pretty sure it will connect, yes. But, you will be better off in terms of support with the upgraded client.
