In honor of the NFC South potentially having a champ with a losing record, I figured I'd bring this oldie back that I thought of years ago and enjoy sharing inner office.

If you count the regular season and the playoffs, what is the absolute minimum number of games a team can win and still be the super bowl champions?
This means full 16 game season with wildcard, divisional, conference championship, super bowl, and no lockouts/forfeits/strike.

You have to go 3 - 3 in your division, as does the rest of the division and all teams in the division go 0 - 10 in the other games. Then you have to win the tiebreakers against the division foes.
Then you have to win the wild card round (there is no way for three division winners in the same conference to go 3 -13, so you will not get a first round bye), the divisional round, the conference championship, and the super bowl.
I like the odds of a 16 seed beating a 1 seed in the NCAA tourney better.
