I was just wondering if there is a baseline on how much does it takes to build a 4 node 2 Instance SQL Cluster.

I don't think such a baseline will exist. The time taken to set the cluster and install SQL will entirely depend on your environment.

Whats your environment like?
For example, If it takes 2 days just to rack the servers and connect the storage this would need to be factored in.
