SQL server internals By kalen
SQL server MVP deep dives
SQL server administration by wrox publishers (any version)
There is a book on sql server(administration) by ken henderson (forgot name)
professional_sql_server_2008_internals_and_troubleshooting

If you had then you become to somewhat intermediate, but to advance it you should put it this into practice on appropriate time and place to resolve or triage a situation. To attain that means to advance the level it will take time and experience. And sorry I don't know any advanced books


Note: I have not read them all. Currently reading kalen's book.
