  Hi All,

  We are having 2008 SQL server,

  We have created a job with the name xxxxxxx,at the first time job succeeded, When am trying to start the job next time it is throwing some msg like the Following

  The specified @name ('xxxxxxxxxxx') already exists. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 14261). The step failed..

  So i have remove that Job and created a new job still same problem am getting when am trying for the next time.

  Can anyone explain me about this issue..

  One of the job steps isnt trying to recreate the job is it?

  Probably calling a SP which creates it then runs it.
