I think you mean corruption, not just plagiarism.

And it's sad because to achieve any means of success in those societies, you have to play by a totally unethical set rules compared to other societies. Money trumps honor. Which is becoming the normal in the stratosphere of this country too...

Plagiarism is always a risk, especially when a community is set up like SSC and allows users to submit articles. It's a shame to see plagiarism, but I commend SQL Server Central for finding out and for giving the real author proper credit.
