When Using Configurations Do You Have To Set the ConnectionManagers Delay Validation To True?

Normally, there is no need to set delay validation to true when using configuration.

You normally need to do this when, for example, you are using expressions for a connection manager.

Doesn't make much difference at execution time, but often helps at design time, especially with more complex packages.
