I have been register from sometime and never request a password reset, or anything to make this promp. Can anyone let me know what could be happening? I already tried with IE 10, 11, Chrome browser.

I just had a similar issue where it logged me out. Granted, I haven't logged out in over a month. Once I logged back in, the seems to work fine again. The hardest part was remembering my password.

Had the same problem and couldn't log in for a while. Seems to be working now.

Are you seriously taking the advice and code from someone from the internet without testing it? Do you at least understand it? Or can it easily kill your server?

Likely it was a transient thing, or perhaps we broke something with an update.

Please report it again if it happens.
