I'm getting ready to take my MS 70-461 exam and was wondering if the questions they ask that contain SQL statements are well formatted (meaning easy to read)?

It has been a while, but I don't recall any issues with malformatted queries.
Anyway, the queries are usually not that complex and you should be able to read/understand them, regardless of how they are formatted.
Need an answer? No, you need a question

I guess the objective to test the subjective knowledge hence T-SQL should be well formated and easy to understand.

I took (and passed) 70-461 a couple of weeks ago. I found the SQL to be very well formatted and easy to read.
