He's apparently purchased a new Enterprise Resource Planning software. They told him all the things it could do and now that contracts are signed and the software is actually installed, he's working through their business processes with the software and isn't seeing the same thing he was sold...thus the "renaming".



Yes, that's the project I'm currently working on and it's very frustrating. Fortunately, we don't have a policy against swearing.
