I have Input Table and Output table. I need to add or update records in my Output table.

Here is my input table. Output table is the same. Item and Code are the primary key.

Hi and welcome to the forums. It is difficult to know what you are trying to do. I suspect you might want to look at MERGE.

If that doesn't do it and you need some more help we will need a few things:

1. Sample DDL in the form of CREATE TABLE statements
2. Sample data in the form of INSERT INTO statements
3. Expected results based on the sample data
