Hi. I had sql server management studio installed on my pc when I started at this company a year ago, but the sql server profiler was gray under tools in SSMS.
I then installed the full tools, and the profiler is no longer grayed out, but it doesn't run when I click on it.
Could this be an issue with PATH/libraries, or some other issue?
Is there a logfile I can look in to see what errors the profiler is getting?
If so, where is the file located.
