Is there a specific design principal for how to build your VM server in a TR design? By that I mean do they have a way to calculate how much RAM and CPU is needed per Publication or by Subscription per Publication, based on table size (Index and Data)?

This is the closest thing to could find when I researched this, and as you can see - it's nearly a year and a half old from today's date, and no answers.
