My requirement for the report is the tables contain 12 users which will repeat for different dates
example

tom 2013/1/2 5
jim 2013/1/2 6
tom 2013/1/2 5
jim 2013/1/3 8
tom 2013/1/3 5
jerry 2013/1/2 9
tom 2013/1/4 0
jim 2013/1/6 6
jerry 2013/1/6 5
from the above date i need to create a chart map from field 2 and field 3 this map must be displayed tom,jerry,jim separtly in separate pages when we execute
