I have been working as jr.DBA in cmm level 3 company in india .But I am much more into development and having basic knowlege on Aministration .As i want to change my company but there are no jobs for 1+ expeience.
So I am planning to go for MSBI training (I am good at reporting services)

Is this a right choice???
how is the market for MSBI ??

If you do a search on the forums you should find this question asked and lots of suggestions made in a number of posts.
A rule of thumb, I would think, is to go with what you love or enjoy. As long as you are good at it, you should do just fine.
That being said, with the continuing popularity of Microsofts BI Stack
(SSAS, Tabular, DAX, MDX, Powerpivot, SSIS, Reporting Services, DQS, MDS and so on), it is not a bad time to enter the BI space.
