Linked servers used in Report Builder 3.0

    I hope I'm in the right place. I am using Report Builder 3.0. I think it is basically the same as SSRS so, if not can you point me in the right direction. I need to report on data from databases on different servers. Can this be accomplished in Report Builder?

    Yes. You can define a data source and select from the drop-down providers, including ODBC, and connect directly.

    If you are using linked servers just create a datasource to your database and write the query in the query box using the qualified name, OPENQUERY etc.
