I'm in the process of migrating Reporting Services to a new server, with one thing different from all the articles I've found so far. The databases are *NOT* being moved.
I'm thinking I should be able to follow this MS article on the subject and simply ignore / skip the part about moving the database (but obviously not skipping the step about backing up the DB)
The version of SQL Server is not changing, either.
Am I on the right track?
Will the end-users need to re-upload their custom reports, or do those live in the database as I suspect?
Please, bear in mind, I'm not overly familiar with SSRS, I know enough to get it running.
