history.back in drillthrough reports

  Hi,

  we are trying to implement the browser back button functionality with a "history.back(-1)" action in our reports to return from drillthrough reports. The reports are integrated into an asp.net web application which invokes the report server url within an iframe.

  In many cases, this works fine, but in some constellations, the history back (within the report) just won't do anything.

  On our current test system e.g., it only works if you invoke the web application via the ip address (http://10.20.30.1/WebExample) of the server. If you use the server name (http://ServerName/WebExample), the back button in the report shows no reaction. The back button of the browser itself always works as expected.

  Any ideas what can cause this and how to solve this issue?
