Hi All,

I have a SSRS report that exports data to PDF. The report displays survey data so the display format is:

Question :
Answer:

The report displays multiple questions and answers. I have the question and answer in a tablix on the report and the tablix is within a rectangle.

So the problem I am having is that when the report gets to the end of the page it shows the partial question and then the answer is on the next page. The data is getting cut off and rolling over to next page. I would like to be able to tell SSRS that if it is getting to the end of the page and if the full question and answer cannot be displayed together, to show them on next page and not show them partially.

So pretty much i just want to display the question and answer together. If they do not fit together at the end of a page i want it to be shown on next page and not to cut it off and split it. Hope someone can help thanks.

If you have it in a group (details are a group) you can say Keep Together.

You may need to play around with it so that each set of Q & A are a group.

Have you tried taking the tablix out of the rectangle? What is the purpose of having the rectangle on the output?
