I HAVE ATABLE CONTAINING column loginid of varchar type .In EACH NAME IT CONTAINS MORE NO OF '/'

CHARACTERS.HOW TO WRITE SUBSTRINGS BEFORE '/' AND AFTER '/' .IF ANYBODY CAN PLEASE HELP ME
