I want to have 1 parameter on the first line
and the other 2 parameters on the next line.
SSRS always places them in pairs.

SSRS always places them in pairs.

This is not a current capability of SSRS, but it is clearly a desired ability as it has been requested:
http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/545893/allow-ssrs-parameter-panel-to-be-formatted

There's some conversation here that could be a work around:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3483148/how-to-change-the-ssrs-input-parameters-position-in-report

If you have SharePoint, you could create a page and put input fields where you want and then link those to the SSRS report (hiding the actual SSRS parameters).

HTH,
Rob
