How are you running the package, BIDS, SQL Agent, DTEXEC?

What does the package do?

Okay, re-reading your first post makes me think you are have a COM Object that doesn't exist on the server you are running the package on.

If you are using any Office (Excel) then you need to make sure you are running the 32-bit DTExec found in Program Files(x86).

What are you trying to do in the package? If you are using Excel as source or destination you need to use the 32-bit DTExec as I mentioned in my previous post.
