There is also 12.0.4213 which is GDR off the SP1 release. I have a client on this and it appears that you are unable to install any of the QFE SP1 CU1 - CU4 updates from this release level.

Usually I find out about these on SQL Server Release Services. The KB was published on 6/28, but no notification has yet appeared on the Release Services page. Thanks Steve, for the timely notification.
