IN performance monitor data collector in not running how to reolve this

  Hi all,

  while iam trying to run a new data collector which is created in the performance monitor

  this error msg is coming

  "when attempting to start the data collector set the following error occurred the service cannot be started,either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it"

  how should i resolve this

  also find the error screen below
