How to publish SSRS for internal alone.

I have a project which needs to be circulated only to my team members using my hostname.
What are the steps to deploy them.

now i am able to do with
http://localhost/Reports
http://myhost-name/Reports

where as if i see in another machine which is connect in LAN http://myhost-name/Reports i am unable to get the details.

The report manager integrates with Windows security. Secure your report folder to the groups that would need them. Go to the folder you want to secure in report manager and go into the properties and choose security and set your groups and security there.
