Dear, I had configured High safety without automatic failover (synchronous) mode mirroring successfully in SQL Server 2008 R2 . It was running fine. After a month, I installed Oracle Client 11gR2 and ODAC for connecting to an Oracle database. Before installing these, I disconfigured mirroring.
Again I started configuring mirroring but failed with an error message , The server network address "TCP://BACKUP SERVER:5022" can not be reached or does not exist. Check the network address name and that the ports for the local and remote endpoints are operational.
Now I am totally failed. Please help me to get rid of the prob.
Thanks in advance.
Regards, AKBAR
