Hi All,
I had a ticket with the following message:
MSSQL Server is not Active Or ITM6 monitoring agent datacollection has been interrupted on Server\Instance.
Have anyone experience similar?....I have confirmed all SQL services are up an running.

ITM6? Tivoli Management?
If the SQL Server services are running, have your tried investigating the monitoring agent for problems?
I've never used ITM so I can't really speak to specific troubleshooting steps but if your SQL Server services are running then it sounds like MS SQL is fine.
