I want to write a query to find below details of jobs
Job Name - Enabled - Schedule of job
if job is having more than one schedule it should come in different rows

Look in msdb for tables dbo.sysjobs, dbo.sysjobschedules and dbo.sysschedules. Those three have what you need.
