I'm getting the above error.
I know it has little impact & I can suppress the errors but, it's bugging me & I'd love to get to the bottom of it so any ideas would be gratefully recieved.
I log ship tran logs from A to B every 15 mins. The restore succeeds but I get this error every time. Google results show it being an issue for 2008 & 2005 sp3 but I'm on 2005 SP4. I've checked that the default backup dir in regedit is the same as the one in the error message - it is. It exists on both servers & the agent user, the same as the sql service user has full permissions to this path on both servers.
I've re-configured log shipping & re-done 3 times but no change.
Does anyone have anything else I should check or try?
Thanks.
:)

Well, I can report that the error has gone. I'm not sure which of the following steps taken previously 'resolved' the issue, but last night I re-re configured log shipping. I can only presume that the permissions changes worked but I needed to re-set up log shipping in order for them to take effect.
