How do I evenly divide $10752.00 into 7 In SSIS ?
(even division of a decimal)
For example:$102.10 / 2
Result:-
51.05
51.05

ok..bit confused to the reason behind your question
eg....100/2....does this output 50 rows all as "2" ?

Thanks for your replay i need to divide $10752.00 for 7 rows
Ex:-
There is 2 different source tables:-
Table#1
custno Guid policytype amount
1 123 901 $1000
2 123 901 $2310
3 345 902 $9123
4 345 902 $2341 etc..
Table#2
Guid policytype Bonus
123 901 $1211
345 902 $1217 etc...
need to divide table#2 bonus $1211 for all 901 policy type holders in table#1
Result should be like this:
custno Guid policytype amount
1 123 901 $1605.5
2 123 901 $2915.5
3 345 902 $9731.5
4 345 902 $2949.5
