Hi all,

I'm new to reporting services and i would like to see if the following objective can be accomplished using SSRS. My requirement is to use create a real time dashboard which refreshes every 30 seconds which pulls data from the data warehouse.

Currently we have this solution deployed with another vendor however i'm really liking what SSRS offers and its ability to customize.

Can i be pointed to some documentation or forums which would show someone how to build this request or if its even possible?

You can set the autorefresh report level property. Take a look at:

wow that seems too easy thank you, i'll look at building a dashboard of some sort. Another question i will have is when i deploy this final solution as a web archive, am i able to have a (for example) a pc which just points to a URL that contains that web report which auto refreshes every 25 seconds?

Customers of this report would not actually be using this PC, it would be a monitor that is above a department in a company (example just refreshing work order tickets at the help desk department)

thank you!
