What exactly are you looking for? You said you want asp.net or php? What are you trying to do here?

OK so you want to connect to sql server from an asp.net page? I didn't know Dreamweaver can create .net pages, but I guess they can. Go to your code behind and create a connection.
If you are unsure of how to do that try searching "connect to sql server with dreamweaver asp.net".
If you need specific syntax for your connection string you can visit
http://www.connectionstrings.com/
I can't really offer any more help than that because I don't use Dreamweaver. Maybe you can find more specific help on a Dreamweaver site?
