I have a report with parameters for 2011 and 2012, if I select 2011 the columns for 2012 are null (Blank)
so should I use. =IIF(Parameter!Year.value = 2012,True,False) or should I check for null and then Hide Column.

I would put a property on the visibility of the 2012 column that checks the parameter value.
