Dumps are in violation of Microsofts NDA which all candidates need to read and accept before taking an exam.
If you are found in breach of the NDA you will lose all your certifications and be put on a stop list from taking certification exams in the future.
You will not get anyone on here sharing dumps with anyone.

Check out the Microsoft learning pages for the exams, they have the official recommended training materials advertised for each exam which do not infringe on the NDA.

Require Sql Server 2008 dumps for Certification
Your best sources for material to study for the exam are SQL Server Books on Line, the MSDN site, this SQLServerCentral.com site, and real world, hands on experience on all of the skills measured on th exam. Augment that with practice tests and Buck Woody's notes on 70-432 (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/buckwoody/archive/2009/05/04/exam-70-432-ts-microsoft-sql-server-2008-implementation-and-maintenance-my-notes-as-of-5-3-09.aspx) and you should do fine.
