When regularly deploying an Analysis Services project from Visual Studio to Analysis Services 2008 R2, the database must frequently be overwritten - on almost any change.
The 'XXX' database on 'XXX' has changed since the last time the project was deployed. If you proceed with deployment, the database will be overwritten.
Would you like to continue?
What is the resolution for this issue?

It depends, if you install BIDSHelper you can just deploy any calculated measures that you've added without the hassel of having to got through a full deployment.
The other option is to set the Deploy Changes Only Option, but I think you still get the message, and need to process the cube after deployment.
