Everyone I've ever run into says its a bear. Once you get it setup though, you get past the "double hop" issue. I've always had trouble with it. What was your question?

Report Manager 2008 r2 - prompts for username/password three times and loads blank page.
Right now RS Config file is using RSWindowsKerberos and RSwindowsNegotite.
What change should I make to make RS use kerberos?

Here is a link that explains Kerberos for the whole stack. It is long, but covers much more than RS.
All machines involved need to be setup. i.e. - not just the Reporting Services machine.
Also try searching the site. I recall Brian Kelley probably has a very good article on Kerberos.
