Hi Friends,
One of my co-worker needs to connect & work on SSIS & SSRS. We are planning to install SQL Server 2008 Express Edition (with express edition SSMS) on his machine. My concern is, would he be able to connect to & work on SSIS & SSRS using this edition? I must say that he needs BIDS on his local machine. Is BIDS available in express edition?
Thanks for any help!

Yep. SSRS & BIDS are included in Express with Advanced Services. SSIS I'm less sure about.

Except for the Import&Export wizard, there's no SSIS in Express.
Better install the developer edition of SQL Server.
