Hello, I'm not computer expert either understand programing language. I want to understand why I'm often encountered SQL error connection when I'm entering on some sites? Hoping to get an answer with this problem.

Websites are created by people. People have a tendency of making different sort of mistakes. Mistakes in computers are often called "bugs". So, sometimes you just visit websites which may not be fully tested and have some bugs.
Also, there is a possibility of other hardware or software failure.
It has nothing to do with your PC.
