Goal:
Filtrate the different integration issues. My selection is:

Description - Customer Name - IBM
Encoding - Sex - M = Male and F= Female
Units - Cable Length Inches
Key - Character(10)

Problem:

How and where should I make the pre selection in the integration issues in ETL process?

How should the technical approach, in the pre selection, the coding part should look like? Need some practical example.
