You may try Crystal Migration Services. http://www.crystalmigrater.com/Default.aspx
Manual conversion is tedious. Crystal Migration Services can greatly reduce your conversion cost and time. It provides sample conversion too.

Grasshopper and I agree. Converting crystal reports by hand is tedious and error prone - you will miss stuff for sure. Automatic conversion is far better even if you have to tweak it a little due to incompatibilities between SSRS and Crystal. Try
