I manage a large number of SQL servers (~180) in a test lab environment. I have configured a Master Server and registered 3 target servers in the same domain to it. This works just peachy. My problem is that I cannot find detailed end to end steps about how to add SQL servers from other domains to the master. Oh, I find all sorts of hints about editting the registry, and proxy accounts, and yadda yadda, but nothing the clearly walks me though how to do this.

Did you ever get an answer to this or figure out how to accomplish this?

I am dealing with the same thing, and am also unable to find any definitive answer on it.

Thanks!
