Smart way to ask a question
There are naive questions, tedious questions, ill-phrased questions, questions put after inadequate self-criticism. But every question is a cry to understand (the world). There is no such thing as a dumb question. ― Carl Sagan

Thank You, nice one.
Took a while, but it was easy. 2011%16 > 1, there was just one answer.

I'm impressed that I actually was able to get this in my head :)
Happy New Year, everybody!

It's no fun if it's not complicated.

Get it in your head .. hmm I had to take off my shoes and socks so I could continue counting on both my fingers and toes ... Oh well
If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

Fun, but maybe a bit too easy, as 2000 is 125*16 it's obvious that the base 16 string for 2011 ends in B and only one of the four options ended in B.
Probably most of us are used to hex (and octal and binary) notations - it would have been a bit more challenging to try a different base (say base 9 or base 11).

I had an unfair advantage on this one: I was 16 years a system programmer on IBM /360. Converting a hex number into decimal brought some fond memories. (I was young and I thought I knew it all.)
