I get a Page Not Found clicking on that...?
I just clicked it the link again on two systems and got the Connect page for this issue. Could it be the https part that is not working for you?

That is not caused by connect. Had to have the Firewall/Proxey server fixed to resolve that issue at my work. Send me a private if you want more information.
