Hrm. It was on sale at Amazon still as late as last week if I remember right. I see even Bookpool.com is out of stock. However, it is on-line at Microsoft so there is a silver lining.

I've purchased this book. Its very useful particulalry Oracle to SQL Migration, high avaliability, clustering, Warehousing stuff and sample code
