Happy thanksgiving to everyone in the US, working in the UK and waiting for the deluge of snow that is going to hit us, which will end up being a foot of snow but will bring the country to it's knees!!

Ever since the Michael Fish 'There is'nt hurricane coming' forecast the weather people have taken on the journalistic trait of predicting the worst possible scenario.
There won't be any snow settling.
But the occasional flake will cause traffic chaos.

Its about the right amount of snow to bring the entire country to a "grinding halt"... and that will include the South East, even if it does not snow there
Best not stop my flight this evening

I know the feeling, getting to the train station and being told your trains been cancelled because they've had the wrong sort of ice/snow/sleet/reindeers on the line doesn't leave you feeling to happy!
